Just in case you own Left 4 Dead 2, dream of playing online multiplayer but are too strapped for cash to upgrade to a XBL Gold subscription, Xbox LIVE have jumped in with an offer you can’t refuse.
From 5pm GMT on Friday 15 January until 5pm GMT on Monday 18th, XBL are offering the multiplayer service to all LIVE members, regardless of status.
Over 1 million XBL L4D2 players can’t be wrong. So get online and join them!

Shame that my Uni Halls blocks Xbox Live :(
Oh! OHHH!!! I’m much too excited about this. I’m cheap and never wanted to upgrade to Gold ’cause I very rarely play 360, but I do love taking advantage of free things.
XBox Live subscription fees are such a rip off. You buy the system, you buy the games, so I don’t think you should have to pay more to fully play the games normally.
I haven’t picked up L4D2 yet because of Christmas gift purchases and shipping fees. Next month though (: The demos were fun!
