Heavy Rain’s Demo is released on the 11th of February according to Playstation – The excitement is killing me I swear
However I hear that there are some story related Spoiler moments in the gameplay, isn’t that a bit odd to ruin key plot points by revealing them in the Demo? – It can’t be as bad as “Quarantine” putting the end scene of the Movie on their Posters and in their Trailer but still.
They are just rumours I admit, but it’s making me have second thoughts about actually playing the Demo for myself. You see, I’m very OCD about Movies and Games; nothing is allowed to be spoiled for me before I see it / play it, otherwise heads roll and the setting around me has to be quiet and with no interruptions so I can take it all in.
I probably sound like a complete weirdo now, but does anybody get where I’m coming from here? I will probably end up playing it anyway but if there are spoilers… if… if there’s just one… There’s going to be Hell to pay – (Translation of Hell = Me having an angry face and then complaining about it for a few minutes).
So I ask you Gals and Guys out there in the WWW, how do you react to this rumour?
Will you still play the Demo?
Will you give it a miss and just play the Game?
Have there been any prominent Spoilers in Demos and Trailers in the past that upset you?

Agh! I don’t care I just want to play some bit of it! But my lack of PS3 makes it impossible. :’( Curse you PS3 only games~

I just realized right now that Heavy Rain is made by the same company that made Indigo Prophecy (which is one of my few fav games). I remember seeing a tech demo of a CGI woman ‘auditioning’ for a part in Heavy Rain, and it was meant to seem like an actress actually trying for the part while at the same time showcasing the graphics engine and emotional factor of the game.
It all makes sense now!!
Played through it a few days ago. There are definitely no spoilers. :)
