Welcome to the second edition of Girlgamerssuck.com’s own Glitch Report. If there is a Glitch or abnormality in a videogame, I am the one who is bound to stumble across it and this Glitch Report will outline the most prominent and downright outrageous Glitches that I and others have discovered in games recently. I also encourage you to post your own Glitch experiences in the comments below!
Assassin’s Creed 2, Xbox 360:
Surprisingly we start off with a game that up until recently I had not one single Glitch, Error or annoying experie-… No wait I’ve had annoying experiences but not the other things. So on this fateful day I had not one, but three marvellous Glitches, I was thrilled! (Lie)
The first occurred on one of the Venice missions where you have to kill some old guy by scaling a HUGE Palace, but on the way up I encountered a fellow with a longbow. Me, being the friendly chap I am, decided to say hello and give him a big hug with my hidden blade. As I initiated the hug or as some people call it, “Loud Assassination”, the screen faded to a very low contrast and extremely dark setting like you would see if you went inside the tombs, but this happened outside. After turning my TV on and off and climbing about a bit more it still hadn’t returned to the normal picture, so I restarted the Memory and it was fixed… but I had to do 15 minutes worth of jumping about all over again – Sigh…
The second and third happened about 45 minutes after the first. To procure myself one of those Treasure chest pickups I had to drop from a window sill with the “Aerial Assassination”, onto the two guards who are making sure I don’t run off with their gold. Instead of doing this, Ezio caught his hand in the wall for no reason at all and followed this up by hanging there like a Ragdoll for some time. After the guards had thrown 672 rocks, one of them finally hit Ezio and he fell, still in ragdoll mode, into some water. Yay I hear you cry! Not yay, this is where Glitch 3 came into play. I nicely asked Ezio to pull himself from the water, he did this, but Mr Guard McDeath hit him with a sword, knocking him back into the water. I then watched helplessly for around three minutes while these two were caught in an endless loop of “Climb-Hit-Fall” that Ezio was never destined to win – Restart Memory.
Red Faction: Guerrilla, Playstation 3:
There isn’t much to say about this game usually because it has been very well made and the physics simply don’t allow a Glitch to take place. However, when blowing up one of the many buildings I destroyed on this certain day, I stopped for a second. As I admired the empty space where this poor bloke’s house used to be, I noticed a girder waddling down the street on its own… On closer inspection it seemed that the girder had fused into the Mesh of an innocent passerby, so he was now one with said metal pole. Naturally I found this deeply hilarious and went to get my camera. When I returned and un-paused, the game realised its error and subtly corrected it by making the pedestrian freak out a bit and fly forty miles into the air – and he was never seen again *Depressing music*
Those are just my Glitches, my friend Jenne told me about one that she had and I just had to put it in the report.
Resident Evil 5: Lost in Nightmares, Playstation 3:
When playing the final battle with Wesker, she managed to find an amazing Glitch. Something happened to her and she got stuck in a first person perspective while Albie W, could not do a single thing to her… but she wasn’t able to move either.
Take a look for yourself…

That concludes this edition of The Glitch Report, don’t forget to comment below with your Glitches and Errors!

Oh, wow, that’s really weird. I can’t recall any recent glitches to be news worthy, but I DO remember how glitchy Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness was. I couldn’t even get past this one level ’cause I had created an infinite loop with an untimely save file to cause a sea monster to eat me repeatedly.
It was fun.
Oh nice, you have to love save file ruining glitches. I had one on Max Payne 2. It autosaved right before a bomb blew up and killed me… 7 hours of play, lost.
I got Nathan Drake stuck in a plant (the green, leafy variety) in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. I was trying to be stealthy and hide behind it but it wouldn’t let me out! I did the usual jump/roll/swear/jump/swear/roll combo but to no avail.
I had to go back to the last checkpoint. :/
Haha, wow that’s intense, that combo usually never fails.
Foliage = The crafty enemy.
