Despite the lukewarm reception and the subsequent matchmaking issues, Aliens vs. Predator is performing well. The multiplayer demo released last month – available on PS3/360/PC – has generated an impressive 4.1 million downloads, making it SEGA’s most successful demo release of all time. Ever.
Not only that, but its also become SEGA’s fastest ever selling title, too.
Considering the less-than-stellar reviews and technical glitches, this is pretty impressive news. What are your thoughts?
