It looks like the waiting may soon be over for Dante fans. If the rumours are to be believed, Heavenly Sword creators Ninja Theory are currently working on the fifth installment of the popular franchise.
From 1up: “The rumor comes by way of the latest issue of Game Informer, as relayed by The Silent Chief (via CVG). Here’s the blurb that reportedly appears in the mag:
Loose Talk has learned that Enslaved isn’t the only game Ninja Theory is working on — we’ve heard that the Cambridge, England developer is being tapped for the next Devil May Cry.
It is not totally unexpected, however; Capcom has said that although it is shying away from Western developer [sic] for new IP, it would continue to utilize them for known franchises, which DMC certainly is.
(We’re going to assume the singular use of “developer” in the blurb was a transcription error and not what shows up in the magazine, although we haven’t seen the issue ourselves.)”

HELL YEAH!! DMC is my jam, so to speak. I’ve been thinking about it lately ever since I beat God of War 3, ’cause I was wanting to play another fast paced action game.
I hope this pans out. I really liked DMC4 and to have Dante kind of be this outside character, like how Snake was in MGS2.
There is going to be a new DMC game YHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i hope that they won’t screw the storyline or the whole game it self
i hope that new developer wont screw things up
