You’d be forgiven for assuming, like me, that a demo for the hugely successful Modern Warfare 2 had already been released – apparently not.
The single player demo features the Cliffhanger level and is available to download from the Playstation Network and Xbox Live.
Considering the game hasn’t been out of the charts since it’s release nine months ago, you do have to wonder what prompted Activision to release a demo now.
Call of Duty: Black Ops, the next game in the franchise will be released on PS3, Xbox 360, PC and Wii in November.

It doesn’t make much sense. The only time a demo would have been useful was pre-release or soon after, not almost a year later!
I’ve been waiting for this for so long! Oh wait, no I haven’t.
I wonder if there is still anyone with a console who hasn’t played COD for at least a minute.
