It seems like the release date for Sonic Colours has now been finalised, and the game will be hitting stores in Europe on November 12th this year on the Nintendo Wii and DS by Sega. To celebrate this announcement, the first gameplay trailer for the game has also been released. You can watch the video here, and I am pleased to say the trailer looks great, and features lots of nice looking level design and impressive graphics for the wii along with some side-scrolling areas which should please fans of the original titles. However, that being said I know Sonic trailers always look good and then disappoint in gameplay, so I would still wait for more information to be released before making a purchase. However, there is still hope as it is hard to base an opinion on a trailer alone, but if the game is as good as the trailer makes out, I will be very happy!
