Gran Turismo 5 will be launching an exclusive Titanium Blue edition in Japan as part of a Racing Pack.
As previously reported the rest of the world is getting two special editions however Japan is getting a super special Blue edition of the PS3.
As well as the previously announced booklet and additional cars this limited edition includes a titanium muffler car noise reduction device. No pictures of this gizmo are available at the time of writing as the PS3 is pretty darn quiet so this may be a translation quirk from the Japanese press release.
