If you were planning on spending your well-earned day of rest with something that’s taken your fancy on the PSN store this week, you’d best purchase it sooner rather than later. Sony have announced that the PlayStation Network will be unavailable for the best part of August Bank Holiday Monday due to scheduled maintenance.
Slightly poor timing perhaps, the bad news is that access to the PlayStation Store, Home and account management features including your download list will be rescinded between the hours of 8am and 9pm BST. However, online gaming services will remain active throughout.
