Capcom have released a new trailer for Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes, the day before the game is released in the US. The trailer shows off the hack-and-slash combat title’s wide range of different playable characters, all having their own personalities and moves which allow for very varied gameplay experiances and styles. There is also an anime adaptation of the Samurai Heroes game, which will be released by Manga Entertainment on DVD and Blu-ray on November 8th in the UK, and October 12th in the US via Funimation. The game will be released on PS3 and Wii on October 12th in the US to match the anime’s release date, while it will be release on October 15th in Europe.
Samurai Heroes is a follow up to Sengoku Basara 2, which didn’t receive a European release. The first game in the series was released in the US and Europe under the title “Devil Kings”. There have been several other titles in the series which have also yet to see a Western release.
