MapleStory Europe goes all Christmassy

MapleStory Europe goes all Christmassy

13 Dec, 2010

For those who haven’t heard of the game before, MapleStory is a free-to-play MMO originally launched in South Korea back in 2003. MapleStory Europe launched in May 2007 and has more than 2 million registered players- largely down to the fact it is frequently updated with new content.

On 15 December a plethora of new content is due to be released, including a long awaited new job class (Dragon Master). And given the time of year, it may come as little surprise that the game is about to host a wide array of Christmas events. Players will be able to decorate their own Christmas tree, join Christmas dinner and rush into battle against special Christmas monsters.

I have been toying over whether or not to try this game for a few years now, and seeing as I have a few days off over Christmas this may be the perfect way to pass the time if I get snowed in.
