Look, Tanks are not cuddly. They’re not remotely cute. Tanks are pretty much the bane of my existence and probably responsible for 99.5% of my (numerous) deaths on Left 4 Dead 2.
So why do I want one of these L4D plushies so much?
Oh, I know why! It’s so I can PUNCH THE BLOODY THING IN THE FACE every time one pwns me in the game!
Don’t worry if a Tank doesn’t do it for you – there’s also a new Hunter plush to go alongside the rather spiffing Boomer one already available. So if you have left over Christmas money burning a hole in your pocket this holiday, why not head over to the Valve Store and treat yourself? I know I am!
I really want one of the Hunter ones. But what to call him?
I have always wanted to buy stuff from the Valve store, but they sting you royally on postage to Europe. They charge you courier rate, which I think was around $30-40. I wanted some of the Portal gear, like a plush Companion Cube or one of the t-shirts.
If a few of you guys are ordering, we could split the price of the courier cost, and then post it via standard UK post when they arrive?
Blimey, that is quite high for postage. I think if you order more than a certain amount, I think it was more than $50 Canadian last time I ordered from overseas, you also have to pay a customs fee, which stings you even further :/
Yeah, it is a real pig. I’m still happy to share the cost if anyone here in ordering anything to the UK.
Sadly they are Sold Out of Companion Cube dice for the car, bit I’ll settle for an Aperture Science mug. xD
