Everyone’s favourite band of bad-tempered feathered-friends have flown the nest once again. Not to a new platform this time, but a new online vendor.
Up until this point, the game was only available on platform-dependent app stores, but sources reveal that Mobile Streams (developer of the first fully independent app store: Appitalism.com) is now able to license Rovio Mobile’s hugely popular puzzle video game, Angry Birds for its stores in all 51 countries worldwide.
Since the game’s launch on Apple devices a little over a year ago, Angry Birds is also now available on Android and Symbian^3 smartphones. The game’s reach will broaden further still with its inclusion into the Appitalism.com catalogue.
Currently boasting “over five million premium apps, songs, books, games and videos compatible with a broad range of digital devices including smartphones, tablets, PCs and eBook readers titles” in its cache, Appitalism.com service is a free to join service-cum-social network. Users are encouraged to interact and write reviews to obtain titles and badges that earn them “App Rewards”; these App Rewards can then be redeemed for any items in the Appitalism content catalog. Appitalism.com was developed by Appitalism, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobile Streams.

It’s funny to me that this game is so successful since it’s a ripoff of other games that have been around for ages. I think it’s just that this is the first touch implementation of the game, and that makes it much more fun for people.
Also, I am skeptical about this game in a non-touch setting. I am curious to see how successful it can be.
This my favorite game in my iphone. Simple but make me addict to play …..
Thank’s to use my angry birds artwork
