Welcome to our weekly Community Q!
Once a week we flip the tables and listen to what you guys have to say . . . rather than sitting back and make you listen to us!
Community Q: what is your favourite multiplayer game of all time? Why? What it is about that particular title that makes it stand out? Conversely, are they any games you loathe to play online?
Tell us your opinion – and your reasons behind it – right here in the comments! Or how about joining our forums and talking about it over there? :)
Got an idea for a future Community Q question? Drop us a line and tell us about it!

I have a fair few, but one of my absolute favourites has to be Left 4 Dead. Playing with a full team of 4 friends is a real laugh, and the gameplay always stays fresh and fun (though I’m sure Andy would disagree xD).
Another notable mention is Gears of War 2. Me and Andy had some real laughs playing this in co-op, and it is generally a tip top game overall.
I can’t think of a worst multiplayer campaign, but in terms of multiplayer full stop, the new Call of Duty was a generally very frustrating experience. COD4 remains my firm favourite of the series and the best online experience to be had out the franchise.
Resident Evil 5 never fails for me. Be it the main story, Lost in Nightmares, Desperate Escape or The Mercenaries it’s always a blast with friends!
I would also say Resi 5 is probably my favourite. Sarah and myself went through it and it was a whole bucket of fun.
I forgot to mention Resi 5. We’ve always had a blast on that! The first time me and Andy played Desperate Escape on release day was a peach. That tiny bat coming through the window, and the body that falls off the balcony xD
Streets of rage 1 has some of the best co op campaign ever, who cares if its old. They just came out with this game pack for ps3 and Xbox 360 that has 40 or so old games including it.
