Eurogamer have today reported that RPG sequel Two Worlds II, originally planned for an Autumn 2010 release has been delayed in the UK yet again following news that a shipment of Collectors Edition copies from China has been damaged in transit. However, it’s not catastrophic news – the game has only been delayed a further week.
Publisher TopWare’s MD James Seaman told Eurogamer, “We just received the container from China with the Collector’s Edition and other components and they are wrecked. Several components were just a total wreck and unacceptable for us to give out to our fans. Officially, launch is the 25th, and this is final.”
Two Worlds II, developed by Poland-based team Reality Pump Studios, was originally delayed in the UK to avoid a busy run-up to the holiday season. A European version with an English voiceover has been available in mainland Europe since November.
Two Worlds II is now due for release in the UK on February 25th, for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Yes, cleary 25th Feb is final when it has been pulled from all major UK game retailers…
Yes, Nathan. I work for a retailer and we’re being told several different things by our suppliers. For all intents and purposes it looks like TW2 won’t be getting a UK release any time soon. Bad news for those looking forward to it. Worse news for TopWare, talk about ‘PR disaster’.
