Is it that time of year again already? It seems like only yesterday Jen and myself got pathetically lost on the London Underground, on our way to the Eurogamer Expo.
But the horrors of the Tube were well worth it, as we got to play-test some of the biggest blockbuster titles on the gaming horizon including Fallout: New Vegas, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Dragon Age II, Medal of Honor, Gears of War 3, Dead Space 2 and Bulletstorm.
We’re getting ready to do it all again this year and we’d love to see you lovely guys and girls there! Tickets are on sale now, at the discounted price of £8 until June 1st.
We can expect the usual previews of the biggest and best forthcoming releases, as well as developer conferences, Q&A sessions, career fairs and cosplay shenanigans. However, we’ll have to wait until at least June to find out exactly what’s going to be available to play at this year’s event. Visit the official website for more information and to purchase your tickets!

I had so much fun at last year’s Expo, I just hope I can make it again this year! Oh and I would have been a victim of the confusing London Underground too if it wasn’t for a friend of mine having a sense of direction.
Direction was the problem Toby! Me and Jen got on the right train. Not bad for first time Tubers! Apart from getting on it on the wrong side and going in the opposite direction for three stops. xD
Ah, very well played. That Tube is damn scary. Even worse when we made our way back in the evening, a stabbing felt imminent. What games did you get to play? Any of them stand out in particular?
Yeah, we had the same thing. Getting through Paddington at 6pm was a deeply upsetting experience. We played all sorts! Dead Space 2 and Gears 3 stood out for me though. You?
Yeah we tried to play as many as we could, I guess my main interest was in the FPS games but to me they all felt so stiff in their movement compared to COD. With the exception of Brink. I loved that game. My friend and I were in the last group of people who got to play the game before they shut it down and I just loved it. Definite purchase for me when it’s released.
