FINAL FANTASY V for PSone Classics

FINAL FANTASY V for PSone Classics

4 Apr, 2011

Square Enix Members’ Jem Alexander has revealed that FINAL FANTASY V will soon be arriving on PSN.

Quite what form the release will take in the EU remains to be seen – FFV only appeared on these shores as one half of the FINAL FANTASY Anthology back in 2002 – but Jem has confirmed the game will be a PSone Classic, playable on both the PS3 and PSP.

Crystals of Earth, Water, Wind and Fire are the world’s only protection from the vile Exdeath. One by one, they’re shattering; it’s up to Bartz, Reina, Galuf and Faris to save the crystals – and the world.

There’s no word on a release date as of yet. Watch this space!
