Our mailbox this morning brought glad tidings that this week SEGA’s futuristic third-person shoot ‘em up, Vanquish, joins DiRT 2 and Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising on Microsoft’s Games on Demand service.
Developed by PlatinumGames – the collective genius behind Bayonetta’s… behind – Vanquish stars DARPA researcher, Sam Gideon, taking place in a near-future United States on the brink of collapse.
Initially released in October of last year on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Vanquish was widely acclaimed by critics, scoring an impressive 9/10 from a cavalcade of publications including Eurogamer, Gamespot, GamesRadar and Official Xbox Magazine.
Vanquish is available to download via Xbox LIVE now, priced at £29.99/$39.99.
