Ever wondered what would happen if you were to cross Super Mario Bros. with Portal?
Nah, me neither, but don’t let that put you off. The following video – which depicts a mad-cap marriage of Nintendo’s Poster Child and Aperture’s Portable Quantum Tunneling Device – is beyond epic. Even if watching Mario sporting a portal gun isn’t quite enticing enough, this is worth a look if just for Bowser’s reaction alone. (Turns out he’s British*. Who’d have guessed it, eh?)
Can’t help but think how much easier this bloody game would be if I had a portal gun.
So, given the choice, what game would you most like to see equipped with an Aperture Portal Device?

My son is going to die of ecstasy. He has spent the last few months devising a Mario Portal game. I have a huge stack of pictures he’s drawn with Mario holding a Portal gun.
