There are no real surprises at the top of this week’s chart; Rockstar’s L.A. Noire remains at number one for the second week running. For a time it looked like DiRT 3 might have built up enough momentum through positive reviews to clinch the top spot but sadly for Codemasters it wasn’t meant to be despite a 43% drop in L.A. Noire’s sales. Interestingly 67% of DiRT 3′s sales were for the Xbox 360 – it seems Sony’s PSN woes played a part in this.
Mario Kart Wii saw an unexpected 148% increase in sales, catapulting it to number ten. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters, Art Academy and Fight Night Champion also managed to sneak back into the Top 20 at numbers 14, 17 and 19 respectively.
