E3 2011: Revenge and Reckoning – Kindgoms of Amalur has it All

A hero once slain rises again, and he’s not going back until he’s found the one who got him in the first place. Sounds like a great recipe for action and epicness, right? Of course it does, and it will be deliciously vengeful.

38 Studios came out in force on Monday at E3, giving us another trailer for the upcoming Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. To simply brush it off as another fantasy RPG is a grave mistake. And no, that pun was not entirely unintentional.

Along with all of the goodies, 38 Studios also announced their newly launched official website for Reckoning, and details everything from the races that inhabit Amalur, maps, and other lovely tidbits such as character classes, weaponry, concept art, and other forms of downloadable media.

We could sit and spend all day telling you about this wonderful game, but really, you ought to go have a look and explore for yourself. Afterall, that’s what an epic open-world RPG encourages you to do, right?
