E3 2011: Ryse and Fight for Justice

E3 2011: Ryse and Fight for Justice

For the most part, when some peope hear “Kinect,” they don’t think of bloody carnage. No, instead they think of cute fluffy animals or a giant disco ball (it’s not a bad thing). Crytek, the developer behind the beautiful and intense Crysis 2 aims to change all that.

During the Xbox Press Conference early Monday morning, the title Ryse was revealed, and along with it a trailer showing the intriguing way we get to play. Get ready for a workout, because you’ll be kicking, slashing, and head-butting your way through legions of Roman soldiers.

While details are a little sparse at the moment in regards to the title, the trailer shows us more than enough for a sense of just how exactly things are going to be around here. Missed it? Why not watch it again here:

No release date has been announced for this title yet, but rest assured, we will be telling you as soon as we know.

All About Tabitha W. ...

Best known for her dumb ass antics on Twitter, Tabs likes to play a lot of games, especially if it involves copious amounts of assassins, swords, and hot cyborgs. She also likes a lot of coffee, and requires a weekly cupcake sacrifice. Don't forget the bacon.
