I am extremely excited for this collection to be released. Although I have personal problems with Team Ico, Ico is still my favourite game of all time. Now it’s being released on the PS3 bundled with Shadow of the Colossus – in high definition!
Ico is a game of enchantment and wonder. You play as ICO, a mysterious little boy who has been banished from his village to the castle. Within that castle, he starts having very weird dreams about saving a young princess from evil spirits that lie deep within the fortress. ICO is distraught between fantasy and reality, but embarks on a quest to save the princess!
Shadow of the Colossus is a majestic journey through ancient lands and you must seek and destroy gigantic mythical beasts. Your trusty horse is at your side and you must explore the expansive lands and unearth each Colossi. Armed with your wits, a sword and a bow, use cunning and strategy to topple each behemoth.
Both games are incredibly emotional and fantastic games to play. The game has already been set to be released in September 2011 but it has already been delayed once.
Wait, there is more! Are you still clinging on to your PS2 copies like I am and are you still in utter disbelief that the PS3 version could ever been better than the PS2 one? Please watch the YouTube video I’ve posted on the bottom and see really the difference between the PS2 and the PS3 version. Believe me, it’s worth watching. I’m still awe-struck by it all.
