Since last month’s E3 mayhem has settled down and the dust has cleared, we’ve been looking for news on Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Perhaps it blended into the surrounding and made a quick getaway, but today Ubisoft announced that it will have a panel dedicated to the highly anticipated title.
“The writers behind Assassin’s Creed Revelations will discuss and answer questions about the thrilling fourth instalment in the critically acclaimed entertainment franchise during the ‘Assassin’s Creed: The Creation of a Universe’ panel,” said Ubisoft in a press release.
“The panel will explore how the Ubisoft Montreal development team has created the Assassin’s Creed universe, which weaves real world history and global conspiracies into an ancient war between Assassins and Templars across a variety of media,” continued Ubisoft. “Attendees will be treated to a behind-the-scenes look at how Ezio’s final journey will unfold as he walks in the footsteps of his legendary mentor, Altair, on a perilous journey of doubt and discovery.”
While no playable demo has been confirmed, Ubisoft did say that during the panel a preview of the Assassin’s Creed: Embers animated short will be shown. Alongside the panel for Revelations, Ubisoft will also have live demos of Just Dance 3, Rabbid: Alive & Kicking as well as an off-hands demo of Rayman Origins.
Alas, we’re just going to have to wait a little longer for more information on Revelations. Journey to Constantinople with Ezio on November 15th this year on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
…isn’t it November yet?
