That’s right. It’s done. Eidos Montreal just announced on their official website that the long awaited third instalment of the Deus Ex saga is complete, which means it will make its August 23rd (26th for Europe) release date!
“We couldn’t be more excited that Deus Ex: Human Revolution has gone gold and will soon be in the hands of expectant gamers,” said Stephane D’Astous, general manager of Eidos-Montreal. “As the first release for Eidos-Montreal, it’s impossible to express how extremely proud we are of the final product and all of the hard work that went into its creation. Adding to this gratification, we had a really smooth passage through final testing!”
As someone who has gone so far as to book days off work to play Human Revolution, the makes me happier than is necessarily healthy.
