It’s almost the beginning of August, and that marks the swan song of summer for another year. That means it’s time for more expos and conventions before the big holiday season strikes terror into all of our checking accounts. With Eurogamer Expo roaring onto the scene larger than ever, it’s no wonder that half of the tickets are already sold out.
With some stellar lineups from EA, Sony, and Square Enix, Ubisoft had to make a big showing too. What better way than to bring in the big guns, the cavalry, and what army that’s out there? Oh yeah, there’s going to be assassins running around too.
Ubisoft announced earlier today that some of the biggest titles will be available to play on the floor. Expect to see long lines for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and Driver: San Francisco to satisfy your inner murdering needs. Fans of the ever-present FPS type will get some time alone with Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. If you haven’t started to hate platformers yet, better grab a ticket and line up for Rayman Origins. Other big titles on show will be World Rally for the inner speed demon in all of us, and Just Dance Kinect will probably have many of us wondering just what those people dancing funny are doing.
Seems like all the expos and conventions around the world are getting bigger every year. Want in on all the action? Grab tickets at Eurogamer Expo’s website, but be warned – over half of the tickets are already gone and Saturday is reported to have been sold out.
