When we typically think of Templars, we think of holy knights with a good cause. Some of us might see them as a threat to society as a whole and want to get rid of the whole entire order. One thing we can all agree on is that Templars and crusaders are typically not seen as demonic cursed knights.
Well, The Cursed Crusade is about to change all of that. In something akin to the Devil Trigger in Devil May Cry, the latest trailer out of Kylotonn’s medieval adventure has us taking a look at protagonist Denz de Bayle’s very…er, “cursed” alter ego.
He’s not the only one who has this ability. His partner in crime, Esteban, is affected as well. Maybe this will lead to some betrayal and the ultimate show down of two very similarly powered foes. It’s what any self-respecting hack n’ slash title would do, right? With the Curse activated, we’re given a taste of what it’s like to have some bone-crushing power, flaming attacks, and the ability to find secrets hidden to the naked eye.
In case you missed the earlier memos, the story is one of truth and justice as Denz de Bayle joins the crusades to discover what happened to his father, who never returned home from the 3rd Crusade. We bet de Bayle didn’t count on getting cursed in the process.

Sounds interesting? You bet it does. The Cursed Crusade is set to be released on October 11th according to this trailer released two months ago.
