After receiving huge amounts of success both critically and commercially, Supergiant Games and WB Interactive have announced that Bastion will be coming to PC on August 16th, 2011. Bastion will first ship to Steam, where it will feature SteamCloud, Achievements and the option to use keyboard/mouse or gamepad. After a short period of exclusivity on Steam, Bastion will also be available on other digital retailers.
Bastion tells the story of the Kid as he saves the world from a perilous evil, with its main hook being the idea of using a narrator that customizes the story based on your actions in the gameworld. Bastion will sell for $14.99 (£14.99).
