You know, looking at NBA 2K12 with the layman’s eyes, some might just look at this year’s entry as having more legendary players. But the new release is doing so much more with these new legends. When you watch the new trailer below, you start to see some of the little details that the 2K Sports team is pouring into this latest installment to their basketball franchise.
Just look at the small details, just in the video presentation. Watch as we get black and white pictures of those legends that played in the 1960′s before color broadcasts for the NBA were the norm. Or the interlaced lines across uniforms that were very prevalent in the late 70′s and early 80′s when it came to live broadcasts of sporting events.
Even the little details in not just the legends, but the teams that they will face are incredible. We get the face mask on Bill Lambeer, or the high and tight cut on David Robinson, or even the multi-faceted hair colorings of one Dennis Rodman. The game is coming together to improve on the fantastic appeal of last year’s entry.
