Razer just posted a one page spread in the Wall Steet Journal. It’s basically an open letter to “our friends Xbox, PlayStation and Wii” on behalf of the “PC gamers of the world”. In it it mentions the apparent misconception that PC gaming is dead, stating that “there are more PC gamers than console gamers combined”.
“We are here today to tell you, that on the 26th of August, we will seek to end the silence and bring a new age of openness and innovation to all gaming. Together we shall remind you – that PC gaming is NOT dead.”
Ominous stuff. Evidently Razer have something big planned later this week. Obviously PC-related. But what? A new mouse? Desktop? Are they going to unleash Skynet? If I can pull myself away from Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and provided to world had not come to an end; I will give you an update.
