U.S. Gaming Charts: August 7th – August 13th

22 Aug, 2011

The charts still haven’t changed too much given the recent trends in the American buying charts. Nintendo still sits pretty while dominating the Top 10 spots with the likes of Mario Kart Wii, Just Dance 2, and Wii Sports Resort, to name a few. Surprisingly, Black Ops infiltrated the Top 10 and is sitting comfortably at #8.

Halo: Reach leads the pack with the Top 20, as Ocarina of Time 3D makes a huge comeback from the bottom 40 to the top 20 at #13. Not entirely surprising after all the hooplah behind Nintendo’s 3DS price-slashing. Grand Theft Auto IV rounds out the Top 20 as we enter the next week with some huge releases slated. Namely, Deus Ex.
