As if PAX couldn’t be more awesome than it already is, the best announcement for fans of SEGA’s little blue hedgehog are about to get the news of a lifetime: SEGA is set to announce an Xbox Live Arcade port of Sonic CD at PAX.
Going to the convention? Major Nelson recently made a nice big blog post about all the goings on with Microsoft at PAX, and amongst them was a demo for Sonic CD…at the same booth location that Mass Effect 3 will be playing.
Joining Sonic will be demos for Trials Evolution, Skulls of the Shogun, Crimson Alliance, Splatters, Orcs Must Die, Ms. Splosion Man, Retro City Rampage, War of the Worlds, and Trine 2.
SEGA has not released a formal announcement for the unveiling, but they have stated that of course they will be “sharing some more information soon.”
