Square Enix teamed up with Eyeborg to put together a twelve minute documentary that looks at the the cybernetic technology of today and compares it against the tech in Deus Ex Human Revolution and its setting of 2027.
While the video is technically interesting, I was more surprised at how far we have come with artificial limb technology at the present time. It makes me think that the tech in Deus Ex Human Revolution could be possible in another 16 years. Of course, that depends if we can figure out how to wire it all into the brain, but hey, one step at a time, right?
