In a week filled with crazy price cuts on the 3DS, and talk of the PSP not having a price-cut, it’s no wonder that 3DS games have seen a slight resurgence in popularity. Nintendo still dominates the top 10 spots in sales in North America, but there was a bit of a strong Xbox showing with Black Ops staking a claim on #8 and NCAA Football ’12 claiming #10.
No More Heroes: Heroes’ Paradise had a strong turn out for its debut week at #3. UTV Ignition’s crazy trip El Shaddai debuted at #20 on the Top 20 charts for the PS3. Looks like Nintendo still has the market under its spell in the U.S. for yet another week going into late summer.
