Eidos have announced on their Deus Ex news feed that we’ll be getting the first piece of DLC for Deus Ex: Human Revolution this October. Called ‘The Missing Link’, it sees Adam Jensen kidnapped by Belltower Mercenaries for three days, his augmentations shut down and him forced to escape from a freighter without them.
During his escape you appear to have the ability to rebuild your augmentations from scratch, while discovering the secrets behind this mysterious freighter and its unknown destination.
Citing ‘new layers of conspiracy’ this first piece of DLC is seeming quite an interesting addition. I am wondering if it will take place during the game itself, or be completely separate. Eidos will be revealing more in the coming weeks no doubt.
