“What the hell is that?” you might ask. On April 6th through April 8th of next year, fans of everything anime and manga will be having their annual geek fest in Houston, TX. Fans of anime-styled fighting games like Blazblue and Guilty Gear will be absolutely elated to know that Arc Systemworks will be there too.
Earlier this week, Arc Systemworks announced a Persona 4 themed arcade-style fighting game, and they’ll be toting along a little something something for their project to Anime Matsuri. Whether it’s going to be a working demo or a trailer of some sorts remains to be seen until the event. We do know that the creators of the game will be in attendance, so don’t be afraid to step up and ask them all the crazy questions you can possibly think of if you’re going to be in the area.
Fans of Persona 3, rest assured that there will be fan favorite characters coming forth. The first screenshots to arrive out of the announcement has shown Aegis facing off against the protagonist of Persona 4. Yeah, we’re wondering how much damage finger guns can actually do too.
