HD Collections seems to be all the rage these days, surely a fad that will take off as Konami has started the trend with their Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill Collections, to name a few. Not to be outdone, Capcom looks like it’s set to announce its own, but it’s not going to involve anything that has the word “Rockman” in it. A Megaman HD Collection? That’s something a lot of us can get behind.
While Capcom has yet to officially announce the HD Collection, the ESRB today publicly re-evaluated all three of the previous installments in the Devil May Cry series. Yes, everything from the very first, to the abysmal second, and down to the third.
It could possibly be a move to bolster attention towards Ninja Theory’s reboot of the series with DmC, but faithful fans would certainly be happy with this little collection. Surprisingly, the ESRB has listed the Xbox 360 as a platform that the three titles will be coming to in addition to the PlayStation 3. Now that’s showing the potential love for your fans, Capcom.
Take a gander at the ESRB’s ratings again, just to make doubly sure that it’s real.
