World of Warcraft: Warlock & Warrior T13 Sets Revealed

11 Sep, 2011

With the battle against Deathwing looming, WoW players have been treated with two new armour sets that will drop from the final Cataclysm raid instance. Currently we only have the warrior and warlock sets, but no doubt the rest will be on their way in the coming weeks.

Though we’ve not been given the set bonuses, expect to see something that will aid in the heroic modes of the bosses as always.

The Warrior set, called Colossal Dragonplate gives you the aspect of Deathwing in his human form. Though not an unexpected choice, it will still make your warrior look suitably brutal. With sweeping horns and talons festooned over the helmet and shoulders, it will really cement the look and feel of the latest expansion.

For warlocks their armour has been heavily inspired by the old gods and looks suitably warped. It’s called The Faceless Shroud and this is an apt name. The shoulders and mask glow with an eerie light, and you have what appears to be a worm/tentacle thing drooping from your hood. So yeah, it would be just some hastily devoured sausages; still looks cool though.

I’m looking forward to the other armour sets, especially the Shaman (my Goblin needs to look fabulous dammit).
