It’s Rainin’ Bullets, it’s Rainin’ Hell in Newest DmC Trailer from TGS

It’s Rainin’ Bullets, it’s Rainin’ Hell in Newest DmC Trailer from TGS

Die-hard fans are still going to hate Ninja Theory’s take on their favorite devil-hunter, but the newest trailer coming out of Tokyo Game Show is another testament that this studio is absolutely hell-bent on getting the action right. It’s duel-wielding guns, sword swinging, grappling insanity in this newest trailer, with Dante showing off his deadly potential in the cityscape of Limbo.

We also catch a glimpse of the city shifting and changing before our very eyes. One of the many changes Ninja Theory mentioned at E3, the concept of having the streets move as Dante travels the dark city was something Ninja Theory believed would add more depth to gameplay. “…the world can shift and shape under Dante’s feet forcing him to have to react to different situations in the game,” said Alex Jones, senior producer of Capcom USA. “It is one of the key new adds for this title, and one that we’ll be looking to explore in as much depth as possible.”

Check out Dante in action in this latest trailer, straight out of Tokyo Game Show:

No release date has been discussed in depth yet, but we’re willing to say it’s going to be sometime soon in 2012.
