Jason Verlander of the Detroit Tigers. Yes, 2K Sports have come to the conclusion of all their internal debate, and they have chosen anotehr pitcher to headline this new entry for their baseball franchise. To solidify the annoucement, 2K Sports have released a new trailer showing off Jason Verlander, and how he has joined on to the MLB 2K12 team, adding his input and perspective to MLB 2K12. Unfortunately, the footage in the trailer comes out of last year’s installment, but I have a feeling that they do not want to debut the new engine and mechanics at this point in time.
MLB 2K12 has not been announced for any platforms, but should be arriving sometime before baseball season in early 2012 from 2K Sports.
