When Kinect released last year, a host of fitness games came out for the new accessory for the Xbox 360. One of those titles was The Biggest Loser featuring Jillian Michaels, along with other hosts from the series. Now with Jillian leaving The Biggest Loser franchise, she has returned to the Kinect with her own branded exercise title, Jillian Michaels Fitness Adventure.
The idea behind this new title is to mix working out with a true game mechanic. As you can see with the video below, the player is running through a series of ruins as you punch, kick and yoga your way through the adventure, all the while being guided by a very Lara Croft-esque character model. I have to admit that I am intrigued by this new title, as it maskes the idea of working out behind an adventure game.
Jillian Michaels Fitness Adventure is coming exclusively to the Kinect device on Xbox 360 from Majesco Entertainment today. Check out some new screens and the launch trailer below.
