Happy Birthday Halo: Cake is so Last Decade as Fans Build a Living Monument

Halo is getting one hell of a birthday celebration. As it turns 10 years old on the 15th, Microsoft is inviting fans the world over to help build a living monument to Master Chief, the face behind the franchise.

By visiting HaloLivingMonument.com, fans are able to upload pictures of their all time favorite Halo moments. From tournaments, to panels, to crazy game nights, these photos will blend together seamlessly with others, and it will form into a mosaic image of Master chief.

Visitors can check out the fan submissions and rate their favorites. You can also share them with friends on either Facebook or Twitter. Not all contributions have to be photos either — you can also leave a comment about a cherished Halo moment in your life.

Those who take the time to upload a photo will see their contribution in a personalized, live-action Halo Tribute video that will honor the Halo community for their dedication to the series.

For more information on upcoming Halo titles, visit and bookmark HaloWaypoint.com.

All About Tabitha W. ...

Best known for her dumb ass antics on Twitter, Tabs likes to play a lot of games, especially if it involves copious amounts of assassins, swords, and hot cyborgs. She also likes a lot of coffee, and requires a weekly cupcake sacrifice. Don't forget the bacon.
