Although RPG fans are likely to currently be engrossed in Skyrim, many will no doubt be looking forward to the release of Final Fantasy XIII-2 next year. These new screenshots unveil further information the levelling up system (or Crystarium, if you will) and two new game areas.
Final Fantasy XIII players will no doubt recognise the layout and style of the Crystarium, although on the face of things it does feature a few new additions and some interesting changes.
The two new environments are Augusta Tower, an information processing which has been thrown into chaos, and Historia Crux, which will form a major part of your adventure.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 is out in the US on January 31 2012 and Australia on February 2 2012. European gamers can get their hands on the game one day later on February 3 2012.
