Duke it Out on the Go: Original Soul Calibur Touches Down on iOS

If you ever thought about beating the crap out of somebody because of a crappy day at work, you can now do it in style while on the go. According to Namco Bandai, the original Soul Calibur will be made available on January 19th for the iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4, and iPad 2. Unfortunately, a price point hasn’t been discussed yet.

Included in the port are several modes: arcade battle, time attack, survival, practice, and museum to name a few. These modes will be compatible with Game Center’s leaderboard feature.

This will be a port of the Dreamcast fighting game, and will feature all 19 fighters according to Andriasang. Along with the announcement, Namco Bandai released a few screenshots showing how the game will look on iOS systems:

All About Tabitha W. ...

Best known for her dumb ass antics on Twitter, Tabs likes to play a lot of games, especially if it involves copious amounts of assassins, swords, and hot cyborgs. She also likes a lot of coffee, and requires a weekly cupcake sacrifice. Don't forget the bacon.
