“We want your help in taking our artificial intelligence, character & enemy behavior to the next level,” says the latest job posting by Remedy Software.
Lauded for its work on Alan Wake and the little spin-off Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, Remedy is ready to create the next triple-A title, and they’re calling it a “groundbreaking AAA console project.”
“You will be working on the next iteration of Remedy’s in-house engine that was previously used in Alan Wake and Alan Wake’s American Nightmare,” continues the listing.
What will it be? Nobody knows, but now that they’ve put that listing out there, everyone’s expecting the best of the best from them. Speculation has already begun that it’s finally Alan Wake 2, but Remedy Software has remained quite mum on the subject.
Just keep on hoping, and maybe Remedy will deliver. Perhaps starting and signing a petition will make it happen faster?
