Last week I showed you the new trailer for Ubisoft’s upcoming realistic post-apocalypse game I Am Alive and today we get the exciting news of a release date.
March 7th is the date to remember for all 360 owners and you’ll be able to pick it up for 1200 Microsoft Points. As yet there’s no confirmation for Playstation users, so I’ll be one jealous muppet when all the 360 owners are raving about its brilliance. The possibility of late February on PSN has been thrown around but nothing has been officially confirmed.
A little more information has been granted to us as well: “I Am Alive follows an everyman’s journey to find his wife and daughter, who were lost during the “Event.” A year later, he finds Haventon, his hometown, in shambles. Buildings are destroyed, toxic ash fills the streets and society has been torn, causing inhabitants to take all necessary actions to survive.” We also have the promise of stamina conservation being crucial, hopefully this is more interesting than a standard FPS limited-sprint-cooldown system.
