The folks at Digital Extremes and 2K Games have released a new trailer for their upcoming release, The Darkness II and it is a graphic one to be sure. In this trailer, we get to see The Darkness doing its best to separate people from, well, from themselves. We get to see things like a rough throat surgery, splitting at the seams, and most notably, losing your head.
Yeah, The Darkness seems to have majored in Painology 101 at some point in its college years, as it spares no expense at causing pain for the enemies of Jackie Estacado.
The Darkness II is set to arrive on February 7th, 2012 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 from Digital Extremes and 2K Games. Check out the new trailer below. Note, the trailer requires you to have a YouTube/Google account to view, due to the violent nature of The Darkness. He can’t help it, he’s a Gemini.
