A new developer diary has been released for Remedy Entertainment’s new XBLA title, Alan Wake’s American Nightmare. In the diary, we get to hear from the development team as they talk about why Alan Wake is running through the Arizona desert – he is looking for his wife. Mr. Scratch has abducted her and is taunting Alan with all sorts of disturbing videos, all of which leave Alan Wake more than a little bit pissed.
I would suggest sitting through the entire video as we are presented with a bit of a surprise at the end of it. No spoilers, but the picture above might clue you in on what happens.
Alan Wake’s American Nightmare is set to arrive on XBLA on February 22nd, 2012 from Remedy Entertainment and Microsoft Games Studio.
