Get ready to tune into Jet Set Radio
A new teaser trailer released by SEGA recently points to signs we could see a return of skating and spray painting game Jet Set Radio. For those of you that need reminding – and those that might not even know – Jet Set Radio (aka Jet Grind Radio) was released for SEGA’s last home console, the Dreamcast, in 2000.
The game had a bright and colourful cel-shaded design with some great gameplay to match. Mixing up spray painting and roller blading around the city of Tokyo to avoid the law – think of a Tony Hawk game mixed with GTA getting a Katamari facelift and you might be close.
The trailer, which you can see below, informs us that the Dreamcast game will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network but no date or price is given.
Personally I’m looking forward to this game returning and possibly another wave of Dreamcast games – Chu Chu Rocket HD anyone? Let us know your thoughts, and fond memories of the long lost console, in the comments below.
