Weekly Releases: Dragon’s Dogma, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Risen 2

It’s another week of release mayhem, but this time it won’t have anything to do with redemption, bullet-time, and shooting things. Well, okay, we lied on that last part. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier lands this week on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

In an effort to challenge last year’s blockbuster fantasy RPG that Bethesda put forth (we seriously don’t need to name it, do we?), Capcom steps in this week with Dragon’s Dogma. Promising us massive battles against creatures of myth with an interesting ‘pawn’ system and all sorts of colossal mayhem, we’re about to put on our robes and wizard hat for that game.

And how can we forget about Risen 2: Dark Waters? While it was released for the PC earlier last month, gamers on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will finally get their chance to head into the world of voodoo, black magic, and piracy. While Deep Silver is the publisher for this title, we’re pretty sure Sam B and his “Who do that voodoo” won’t be anywhere close by.
